The Magnificent 7 is coming. Entries are now just below 600 and solo 12s are nearly full. Our course designers Maddie and Jay Horton are busy working on some new course sections and adding some sections that will only be open after midnight. The free Beer and Cheese evening will be returning on Friday night.The marquees, showers and toilets are booked, the security and recycling contractors secured and Bikewash Ben will be back.

This year we are ramping up the live music with 4 live acts appearing over the weekend.

So bring the barbie, bring the family and enjoy a great weekend of riding, camping and fun in Devon.

What a fantastic event.  This was the second year our team (or group of good friends) entered and we thouroughly enjoyed the whole weekend.  What a shame about the weather, it made the track very tricky to ride but still fun nevertheless.  Already looking forward to next year!

Organiser's Diary

7 Years ago we pulled up into a field in Shopshire and staged our first instalment of Bontrager Twentyfour12, with the support of Paul Smith Jeans, Royles, Pedros and Lumicycle and the tag line the new night club (it ain't no disco) the journey began. Back then nearly all the entries were by post and the internet was still being viewed with scepticism. One thing that struck me was the amount of feedback on the net was so intense (some good and some not so).

We got a lot right but quite a lot went wrong too, those of you who have been to every one will remember the lack of water pressure, a course that smelt of chicken poo, glass fragments in the track and some pretty serious rain. My abiding memory was sitting in the hot tub at midnight with Kelvin Hoy (our commissaire) and the sight of all the people in the exclusive Paul Smith jerseys.Many people loved the challenging course (designed by Matt Farmer) and we knew that getting a fun course was key.
